In the unlikely event that things go wrong we will work with our members and customers to help resolve disputes.
Members of any Independence CIC (INCIC) run schemes have access to our mediation service. 90% of complaints
are resolved using this service. This is without the need for further action such as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
by either the customer or the contractor needing to go to the small claims court . INCIC will ensure at all times that it will
improve its services and increase transparency in handling complaints.
