- Checking our members work through on-site inspections and customer surveys.
- Continually checking members’ trading records and financial status.
- Having our members sign up to a common code of practice.
- Ensuring all members have Public Liability insurance, good Health & Safety practices and excellent customer care.
- Enabling our members to offer an Insurance Backed Warranty and Deposit Protection Insurance for consumers, giving them peace of mind.
- Providing a clear user-friendly complaints procedure to resolve any issues that might arise which is fair to both contractor and customer.
