Jon has worked within the construction services and maintenance industries for the last 20 years. He has spent the last 10 years working with older and less able people through disabled facility grants and private home adaptations. Jon is the founder if Independence CIC and responsible for development, operations and marketing.
Stephen has significant experience and knowledge of the public sector and has worked as Corporate Service Director within Local Government, the Probation Service the NHS and Civil Service. His most recent role was within Public Health England.
Clive has a military background in engineering and procurement coupled with qualifications and experience in the construction trades and Facilities Management. He has worked within the Home Adaptations Sector for over 10 years training contractors and driving product improvement with manufacturers. Clive is the lead inspector on Home Adaptations and promotes Training, Standards & Regulations to commissioners and contractors
Kelly has worked in an office environment for both large corporate companies and smaller charitable organisations throughout her career. She has worked for a range of sectors in event management, sales, marketing and office management. Kelly is responsible for the management of membership, relationship management and market development.
